UR FURNACE is a patented (No: 510611), portable furnace designed for the decentralized disposal of non-biodegradable solid waste directly at its source. It is particularly effective for disposing of sanitary waste like Sanitary napkins and diapers
How does it work without any fuel like electricity or diesel?
The furnace’s innovation is a special vertical slit design that creates a turbulent, cyclonic whirlwind of fire. This turbulence vigorously mixes waste with oxygen from the air, achieving complete combustion based on the principles of Time, Temperature, and Turbulence (the ‘3Ts’) without needing any external fuel.
Does it produce a lot of smoke or bad smells?
No. The furnace is designed to be odorless. The high-temperature, complete combustion process eliminates odors and minimizes smoke, leaving behind only about 3% ash
How hot does it get and how quickly?
The furnace can reach temperatures between 420°C and 800°C. It achieves its operational temperature in approximately 50-80 seconds, depending on the waste input. Complete combustion of most household dry waste occurs at temperatures exceeding 650°C.
How do I get the best results when using it?
For maximum efficiency, burn only dry materials and add waste periodically to maintain a high temperature. Start the fire with loosely loaded dry paper. It is important not to overfill or densely pack the chamber, as this can block airflow and lead to a smoky, low-temperature fire.
Is this process environmentally friendly?

What should I absolutely NOT burn in it?
You must not burn forbidden or chlorinated plastics (like PVC), treated wood, or any materials that could explode, such as dry cells, mobile phone batteries, or spray bottles. You should also avoid burning food, food packaging, metal, and glass, as they can rob the fire of heat and will not burn
Where should I place the furnace for safe operation?
The furnace should be located on a non-combustible surface like gravel or a rocky area, free from vegetation, to prevent accidental fires. It should be placed downwind from your site or used on days with light wind blowing away from the site.
