CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  1. Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 working days after the order is placed.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
  1. Refund
  • Refunds are only allowed if a cancellation request is made within 2 working days after the order is placed.
  • We do not provide refunds after the order has been received and opened.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
